No. Anyone with a modern smartphone can tap the NFC chip or scan the QR code — no app required. Can I change the link after I hand it out? Yes. The NFC chip is reprogrammable anytime using the free NFC Tools app. The QR code is permanent, so we recommend linking both to the same destination initially.

For on-site activations, the minimum is 10 guests. For premade gifts, we work in small batches — no large minimums.
